Silkroad Online is a globally serviced game, so lagging incidents could happen randomly while the game is running.
Joymax operates servers in North America and Europe in order to resolve essential lag problem; however, since it is a globally serviced game, lagging incidents could happen randomly to few players during the game. Through continuous IDC localization we attempt to go under extensive operations to minimize lag problem; therefore, the game service environment will improve gradually.
In addition, Joymax Service Improvement Team is in process of analyzing users’ reports of lagging issues with help of Joymax Headquarter (Korea), Branches in USA, England, Philippines, and partners in Germany, Turkey, and Arab in order to find solution to lag issues.
Improving lag issue requires the situation to be reproduced first; however, due to the characteristic of lag issues being random to few players, Joymax has some difficulties reproducing the lag situation.
