Hello, this is Silkroad Online.
Please take note of the following reminders regarding use and cancellation of Joymax MOTP Service.
1. The verification code for the Joymax MOTP Service will not be delivered to your mobile phone via SMS. You must run the MOTP software installed on your iOS/Android device to view the code.
2.. To cancel MOTP service, users must do the following: a. Log into Joymax Portal site, and enter the latest OTP number generated on your iOS/Android device b. On the Joymax Portal Menu, go to Support>> MOTP Center. c. Click 'Cancel MOTP Service' button d. Select one of the verification methods to complete the cancellation process: MOTP Code or User Identity Verification (Email verification)
3. Please be reminded that for now, cancellation cannot be done in case of loss/change of iOS/Android device, or if MOTP software is deleted on your iOS/Android device.
