I don't know what class you play, but for ret the STR - AP conversion is something like 2.3 or 2.4 and not a flat 2.0.
Something seems wrong about that trinket though. Essence of the Eternal Flame is what we have now and it's kind of shitty. Avengers of Hyjal is the current raid faction.
I play a ret paladin. Warriors, Death Knights and Paladins all get 2 AP from 1 Str, regardless of spec. It was changed to be like that in cataclysm. Shamans, Rogues and Hunters get the same conversion, but for agility.
That well may be a placeholder faction. But if you check MMO-Champion, there are several new Avengers of Hyjal rep trinkets, not just this one.

I may have missed that memo then because I was informed that STR is weighted heavier than ever. brb researching right quick.

Strength gets a 5% modifier from BoK, plate spec so while the 1 str = 2 AP didn't change, you forget that 1 str actually equates to 1.1025 str and thus 2.205 AP.

Been putting around with shitty guilds here and there. Planning on re-making a guild that was 3/7 heroic on our last server. If anyone plays frostwolf and is decent, should whisper me :3

Heroic Ragnaros 25 is dead. Finally. After ~240 pulls, he died on our very last pull of the night, and probably our last pull of this Tier, last night.
We all let out the biggest nerd screams when he dropped. It's a huge relief.
It was US #104 Heroic 25 kill and it puts my guild at the US #1 2-Night a Week Guild spot.

Who is still playing?
Not me, waiting for GW2
Bunch of my friends also want to give GW2 a shot when it comes out.
Atm I'm playing on a WoW private server which is currently on patch 3.3.5a (WoTLK). Pretty cool so far, couple quests are bugged (around 10 afaik), nothing else is bugged pretty much.
Also hit 73 just moments ago. Playing casually, just a few hours per day while I give the rest towards school.

Showed up for weekend raid and I guess my group had a falling out this week. Bummer. It was tough to find a Fri/Sat/Sun only raid that was half decent. Ugh

Just started playing with my friend, he's been playing for a while now, I am already lvl 62 in roughly 1 week. I have a busy schedule but with the 300% exp bonus it sure does help
