Why not get PS? I used PS CS4 once and it's a huge difference from PS7, but I don't make enough stuff to justify getting such a big file on my computer. You seem to be taking this seriously so you should really consider getting it, it's a life changer from GIMP, ask anyone sane. |

See testimonial above. |

I'm using a portable edition of PS CS4, i can run it from my usb stick and it doesn't require a lot RAM. And the installation file is only around 75MB |

I like some of your older sigs better than this. It's a bit too soft IMO. I'm usually fine with soft sigs but this one looks too bright and foggy. Also, the c4d in the background doesn't really match with your render. I don't know =S I'm just not feeling this one but I'm positive that you can do much better. |

Lol I know how you feel. Kinda like my old Chrono Cross sig. I know it's not that good since it's too soft but having put so much work into it, I ended up liking it a lot anyway =p |

Lol tutorials are meant to help you learn different techniques, not to be followed strictly whenever you make a fresh new sig. It gives you a variety of options you could use to enhance your sig making. Sure you might want to follow them at least once strictly (or as strict as possible), but everything after that is your own style. That's just my view on tutorials. |
