No pre-made sigs.
One per.
You can change your entry One time before the two week period ends.
If a person wins twice in a row, said person cannot win the following SOTF even if said person has the most votes. [The runner-up would be the 'Winner' if the aforementioned case occurs.]
PM me your entry. (Put SOTF in the subject)
UPDATE: After the polling period PM me telling me you intend to participate in Round #X
Time period:
-New theme on Fri. -Entries closed after two weeks (Sooner if all participating entries have been received. Two day grace period if entries received within two weeks.)* -Voting on Sat. -Voting ends after Four days. -Winner decides new theme. (I will provide a theme if the winner chooses not to provide a theme.) -Starts up again on Fri.
