The falling out of teeth could mean a few things, dependent upon "how" the dream was viewed.
Typically i see this kind of thing as an acknowledgment of age. Depending upon what the dream was like and the context of it, it could express your fear of getting old, taking the idea of "teeth falling out" as something that happens only when your much older, much like your hair falling out or you becoming deaf.
Although if it was viewed on a positive way it could be your longing to be older, more mature, more respected, not a "kid" anymore.
Again a lot of this stuff is down to simple perspective, none of it is "magical", just rather a few expressions of thought.
