I do it for my children, not for myself. Besides, even if it was just myself, it can still be fun. I like to do things to get reactions out of people.
The dress-up role play sex miiiight not be appropriate around my 2 year old daughter. And I don't think she needs yet another brother/sister anytime soon. We'll still have the door-to-door trick-or-treat thing though.
