Poor and proud Ikakku, he would rather die then shame his captain by showing all the people his bankai. He knew he didn't stand a chance in his regular form against that Fraccion. And that part about Komamura listening in to their conversation, then pretending not to notice in order to help them out was awesome. And to top it off.. Komamura's bankai was awesome! Finally they showed more of it.
