I'm glad to see most of us are doing so well! I'm 29 years old now, 14 when i joined this forum. I remember those good old days where we would argue and discuss politics, society and what not. In some ways I feel we were ahead of all the sh1t that is going on on social media nowadays, haha. I graduated in 2017 and have been working as a business development manager at a large insurance company ever since. Been with my current girlfriend for more than 3 years now and we're thinking about having kids. Unfortunately my father suddenly passed away in 2017, two months after my graduation. I'm having a really hard time with all the measures regarding to covid tho. Been working from home for more than a year now and I haven't seen my friends in more than 3 months due to covid restrictions. I hope we'll get rid of it soon. Hopefully you guys and your loved ones are healthy. heroo |

Hey dude I logged in to say I am so sorry to hear what you are going through, if you ever want to chat DM me, ultimately the only thing we have in life is the connections and relationships not just with our significant others but all of the strangers, acquaintances and friends we make a long the way, as each of these people holds a piece of who we are in their hearts & mind in the form of either a memory they have of us / with us, or in the form of a shared experience - like playing and being on SRO / SRF in the same moment in time i understand grief and have had a lot of challenges and sadness in my own life, just want you to know that it feels like you need to be by urself right now and to suffer in silence, but that only makes it harder cheers mate and sorry again, it gets better, i promise |

I can't imagine people in 15 years time from now will feel the same about their reddit posts, or instagram etc! Hi, I am surprised this community is still alive. Plenty of things changed for me: - Completed masters degree and went into workforce, - Working in investment banking, moved to UK, - Still haven't gotten married, - No financial worries in life anymore due to crypto. Nice to see you all here. |
