Post subject:  Still playing browser games?

So, I was wondering... with all the idle clickers and town-builders out there both on mobile and in browsers, does anyone still play Flash (or HTML 5) browser games anymore?

I'm talking about the good old' classic Flash browser games that we all (I suppose?) played on Miniclip, Kongregate, Onemorelevel, Y8, ArmorGames, or wherever you pledged your browser-game time.

I'm creating a games portal purely for all the classic flash browser games, and I was just wondering if there's any real interest for this? I'm building the website no matter what - if nothing else, to have all of my favorite browser games in one place.

But yeah, what about you? Still playing browser games from time to time? Or has mobile completely taken over?

I play Kantai Collection pretty actively, but that doesn't really fit the bill of the regular flash games...
I've got a small list of games I liked specifically, though I basically only ever play them when I'm sorting through my bookmarks lol.

- Solipskier: http://mikengreg.com/solipskier/ie.html
- Too Many Ninjas: http://www.foddy.net/Ninjas.html
- Yu-Gi-Oh Dueling network: http://www.duelingnetwork.com/
- Ultimate Flash Sonic: http://www.allsonicgames.net/ultimate-flash-sonic.php
- Super Smash Flash 2: http://www.mcleodgaming.com/viewflash.p ... &type=game
- 2048: http://gabrielecirulli.github.io/2048/
- Tri-Achnid: http://www.kongregate.com/games/edmund/tri-achnid
- Thing Thing 1,2,3,4: http://www.thing-thing.org/
- Avalanche: http://www.avalanchegame.org/

And of course... how could we forget SRF's Alltime Favorite:
- Winterbells <3 http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/g3/bells.htm

Tri-achnid was apparently made by Edmund McMillen, the dude behind The binding of Isaac and Super Meat Boy :o

edit:
Too many ninja's so simply addictive @_@ why did I have to remember this while I'm learning for an exam D:

Not in the traditional sense, no. Stopped playing (idle) clickers as well atm.

I stopped playing them maybe 2 years ago.
Mainly because seeing Films/Anime and playing games (not that much) is taking all my time, plus some random online browsing.

I used to play these web browser games/idle clickers on my laptop during boring lectures at college... I haven't played any of these games in years....To be honest I now think they're better suited for the mobile platform...

I've been wanting to start playing browser games again because my Chromebook can't do anything else and I'm stuck for hours everyday at Uni.

Just kidding, I love my Chromebook. xoxo

No way. That game still exists? :o I remember playing it back in... eh...2006?

I used to spam a Danish games site with my referral link back when the game was new. Gave me so many FalledSword Points (FSP) (back then, because the game was new, the rewards for referring someone were pretty high).

Oh damn, Heli Attack. My brother and I used to play Heli Attack 2 about 10 years ago, co-op, one would do the shooting and the other moving the character.

Soo....
I found something kinda really super neat on reddit :D
Controls are on the top left, though I think they can be a bit buggy occasionally.
A 360 controller also works great.

Make sure hardware acceleration is turned on, or try a different browser if it's not doing well. I'm getting a pretty clean 60fps on Opera with some slight dropspikes here and there.

I've really wanted to play the game, but the controls are so weird. Couldn't get an enjoyable experience out of it. Seems fun if you have a controller, though.
