I have a boxer, but he's not all badass, he just licks things, he wouldn't even bite unless you piss him off A LOT <--emphasis on alot, like stab him or something...
Dogs>cats
dogs aren't vicious. It all depends on how they were brought up. The same with cats. If you bring up a dog lovingly and care for it, then it will be a well domesticated dog and will not act hostile to anyone unless provoked, a lot.
On the other hand, if you constantly degrade a dog since it was born, if you continuously hit it, and treat it like shit, it will be a dog that would bite people, and attack strangers. In summary, the dog will just be generally pissed off at everything.
I don't know where people get the stereotype that dogs are vicious, when I have friends that i know lovingly bring up theyre cat, and I go to pat it (softly, not anything that would aggrovate it) and the stupid thing scratches my arm. People say dogs are more vicious because they are less cuter and look kinda mean sometimes. But i would say cats are, cause they spontaneously scratch me
Dogs are the underdogs of the pet world, cause so many people rip on them for being vicious when most healthy dogs that were brought up well aren't
In conclusion, it all boils down to the way pets are brought up.
