MPC:

It's like VLC but uses way less resources.

Combined Community Codec Pack:

http://www.cccp-project.net/

Combine this with MPC you'll have all the codecs you need to play any video file you'd ever would want to play.

What about Music Maker Basic? It's far superior to Windows Movie Maker and does exactly the same things.

TeamSpeak - Ventrilo Equivalent, Lower Quality (Haven't heard through Teamspeak 2 though)
http://goteamspeak.com/

PowerISO - Daemon Tools Equivalent, No File Size cap in trial but does less, trial never expires.
http://poweriso.com/

IrfanView - Media Player and Editor, I don't use it for videos but it can be done and I think it has a decent amount of codecs included, not a good replacement for Photoshop for editing.
http://irfanview.com/

Safari - Apple Internet Browser, Most features of all browsers I've tried, bad cache, supported even less than FireFox.
http://www.apple.com/safari/

WinRAR - File Unzipper, Very efficient trial never expires.
http://www.rarlab.com/

Olly Debugger - Cracking Tool, Advanced.
http://www.ollydbg.de/

Q Macro - Macro Tool, Advanced.

SH@DOW PLAYER 3.3
Main code and design By Gonc. Andrey and English translation + improved performance by Gaige L.
Image
ABSOLUTE LESS MEMORY THAN WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER GARUNTEED
Fast Media Player that can play any type of music. I modified but Grav. Made it by scratch, and thanks to him, it's a great free media palyer that never lets you down. It's completely free and no spamming involved.
http://www.download.com/Sh-dow-Player/3000-2139_4-10526884.html

Note: A Simple program my Russian friend and I worked on over ICQ a couple years ago, good friend, GO RUSH ^_^ , p.s. the translation from Russian was HARD O_O very very hard lol, spent countless hours translating the code lmfao

NOTE: Anything Like DivX Player Plug-ins that were installed on the pc will work on the Sh@dow Player. Its plays whatever WMP does.
Later Updates : Library Maker, Skins (Seperate download), Power Conservative, Less Memory Consumption
P.S. Reason why it says Dirty Pics under Program name, is because It was used as a demonstration for my nickname and proof I worked on it, Dirty Pics was my old Alias on games

yasa video converter
great converter for files like .avi (and others...I think) to other files (.mpg). ussually would also drasticly turn down the size (4gb .avi ---> 1.1gb .mpg).

ps. the free version has a limit in the filesizes.

Incredimail
Website: http://www.incredimail.com/
It is a mail client similar to Microsoft Outlook. There are a few nifty features on here that I believe Outlook does not have. The most important is the Notifier option. Whenever you receive a new email, a notifier of some sort will pop up on your screen letting you know. It's useful when just glancing at the screen and you can see this notifier.

Just DL Audacity and record sound output and play youtube, its too easy.

As for this

http://www.download.com/8301-2007_4-989 ... lblog-post

That kinda scares me, I use subtitle files for VLC.

Audacity...

But just so you know, making music louder than it should me is like enlarging an image, the sound gets distorted

I've got this music list on my ipod, all are of equal 'standard sound', but 1 is too soft (as in sound).. need to raise volume every time that song comes up >.>

daemon tools creates a virtual dvd/cd-rom player on your pc/laptop.
so basically what it does is it pretends you just put a cd in your
cd drive. but instead you opened an image file (like a *.iso) with
daemon tools.

Is there a way I could use daemon to burn the mounted file onto a cd?
