unlimited pk for 2 weeks, its call the kinda war between Hurricane and BlackHand no points limit 2 weeks long, its almost like going jobbing, while you grind

Only free PK in the arena. You might see it as PVP like with capes, but than u've to return to your own room.
PK outside the arena is not removed

of course the penalty is only in the arena, what would make anyone think otherwise?
