After talking to a few low level people it does seem that quite a few people in the game are intimidated by the sight of the high level players, possibly due to them being mistreat either by popping, being called noobs, or anything like that.
When I was a low level at 4x maybe I'd see capped people and the general feeling I got was, wow this person is a real asshat. But now that there's a lot more high levels out there thanks to the gold tickets, there's many more friendly high levels out there and we're not all out to make life a misery for the lower people just because we can.
So I just wondered what some of you peoples thoughts were on that?
Try not to get into the popping thing that was just an example, we don't wanna get the poll locked, it's just asking whether or not you feel any intimidation from seeing someone much much higher than yourselves.

I'm not intimidated by the high levels.
It's just when I see all the VN's in Babel carrying +7 weaps and gear... CCF'ers intimidate me.

Sometimes, when it's a few certain high levels. Because I know they're trying to pop me. Happens too much, but that's not what this thread is about...

I ain't intimidated, however it really ticks me off when a high level comes to a PVP spot and totally destroys everyone, not even letting anyone PVP who want to

Lol, when I'm cape fighting, I just throw my glaive at any random high level that's out there and sit down. Most of them do nothing. But when I'm jobbing, and I see a high level, to me it's just "Oh well, I'm gonna die "

i killed a lvl 64 before ^^ he was wearing all gold armour so i freezed him and did a lil trick i like to call "oops,i just made you an offendor "
well, he turned purple...and....well....next thing you know is like 30 people are on him giving him like 50dmg.130crit xD he was surrounded....being slow armour, having no grasswalk, and and not being able to click anywhere by the amount of people(and every1 was freezing him too .) anyways...he wastes like 500k worth of pots before he runs out and dies....i personally got to sit on his face before he went sadly back to hotan knowing that a lvl 3x killed him The End.
EDIT:ooh yeah most of my ingame friends are too high for me to play with so NO is my answer to your question ^^

Well, I used to be afraid of them when I was trading at about lvl30. But now I'm 48 and can handle a single lvl64+ npc thief so at least on 1* trades I don't really care about high lvls. Just try to avoid them when I'm hunting and helping low lvls out.

lol
I find it hilarious when people use "I have a high lvl char I could kill you"
as a threat or something.
IT'S NOT MY FAULT WHEN YOU ARE SOCIALLY INEPT AND TAKE YOUR ANGER OUT ON PEOPLE WHO SPEND LESS TIME PRESSING BUTTONS ON THEIR KEYBOARD
People play this game to get a power rush and it's seriously pathetic. I don't understand why anybody should be literally "afraid" of idiots feeling superior because they can call you "noob".
The hell if I'm gonna feel lower than some arrogant bastards. They can go ahead and send my digital creation back to town. I'm comfortable with the fact that they will cry to sleep whenever they finally find out that there are so many things in life that they completely missed.

hehe. iyss
anywho. fire oxes (trader/theif alike) are fun to hang around and get totaly squshied by those wonderfully fun 7th-8th deg weapon weilding spawns.
iron horses on the other hand... are like impending doom moving at 4m a sec (space ball one: we brake for no-one)
something traders should fear more than oxes.
