Okey guys, I know I play as a Blader but I still don't know the answer to this question ^^ So as I'm lvl 80, I get 9 Blocking Rate Increase. And my shield has 19 BR, does that mean I get 28 BR, or do I get 9% from what I already have?So either I get 28 BR, or I get 20,71. What's wrong and what's right?

The skill says that it's 9% increase so u get 20.71 BR.

I think you get 28% overall block ratio.

As a 1hand warrior you can actually block attacks without a shield, due to the passive which is also block % increase. so yea, it'll be br 28.

That's the reason why its very hard to kill 11D blader cuz they block a lot. It would be so stupid if it would just add up to the shield's blocking %.
Passive gives you % when you equip a shield to its logical that passive+ shield's blocking rate = overall blocking rate.

Pretty sure it was always just a % increase. The skill isn't very noticeable during the low lvls, but at higher lvls, it's an extra 1-2 BR. Look at the phy BR increase buff. It also says % too. If you took that as an actual value, your BR would be over 50...
There's a big diff between BR 16,18,and 20. 2 BR is quit a bit.

so at lvl 120 you get 13br increase... and if i was a blader i would work more on my shield then my blade, im pretty confident i could get a br 22+ shield before i got to lvl 120...
so br 35.... lol like 70k hp + repeats of knock downs... bladers just pwn the hell in pvp

I always thought BR itself was percentage.
BR 20 shield? 20%. With X amount of passive? Well then you suddenly have 32BR at the cap without sun.

Whats the worst of bich, fire, ice and bich, fire and force? Force is only useful against chinese characters. That is, if they're not force either. And of course it works against euros without cleric subs, but those people usually suck so much that it doesn't matter anyway. Ice is the pro choice.

Ppl without cleric subs don't suck, if they know how to play their build that is. If u have force and can still own ppl with cleric subs, u have made the pro choice.

If u have force and can still own ppl with cleric subs, u have made the pro choice. 2h/axes/bard and I won nearly every fight when I used vigors against a cleric. Excluding a good warror and int based characters(This was more or less if I can get a knockdown and stun) during 80/90 cap. Best part was people complaining that I used vigors and grains when people had their sub as cleric and used vigors. Was fun. Wish I had 1h. That would have been great. Many people were to poor to bother with grains and vigors. Me? Nope unless it was a 1vs1(Grains were expensive. Even if I had a storage filled with hp grains). With my set? Not even. I felt I had the best non sox accessories at every cap. 81%+ with blues maxed out. You bet it was great. People tried to ice me? Oh that was funny when I switched to axes and people go WTF? HOW ARE YOU IMMUNE? Funny that people used to shit all over my build when me and Orphen made the best duo when thiefing. Ran out of mana? No problem! Tambours? You bet they were useful. Then we had our third player that would join in a lot of times. Full warrior and warlock with us? Just drop dead. Good times.
