The best looking weapon in game: 8th degree blade. So sexy.
But yeah, I miss the old days. Probably as much as everyone here.

As far as weapons and armors go, they have beautiful stuff at 10d and higher as well, but the lower stuff is just better because of it's oldschool coolness.

I think D14 armour looks the best, looks menacing.

Nope, old school just like the armors, not keen on D14 weapons though.

12D armors = recycled 11D
14D armors = recycled 13D

13D armors are somewhat cool, weapons are better overall.
14D weapons are exaggerations.

Hence all the new super cool oversized armor I still prefer the 60/70 cap gear. I have never made a cap in my life though. I actually dont even know what the current cap is.

I just loved the days that I was introduced in the game by Liquidsmooth (back then he was a "super cool" archer that rocked dmg wise by doing 120k dmg on a mangyang) and me and his alt would explore every inch of the silkroad map we could get to without being killed. I can remember how I got to lvl 20 and I bought myself a thief suit thinking I could rob a merchant on my own.

I dont even dare to download the game nowadays.

^70cap ftw, because 8d. But as much as I like oldschool, there wasn't much content back then. It's not really that much now either, but still, actually I feel the amount of content is going down again(CTF hardly exists now).

Not really since I died of boredom at level 35 due to the grindfest this game is :)

I did get level 60 on a Warrior but that's because Venus was awesome

loved oldschool sro! i remember finally getting to penons with my guild mates, such a sense of adventure and the journey getting to cap with others was epic! we would have pvp's at all lvls getting to cap, fun grinding at any lvl, pvp at jg south before euros for low lvls, dw south for capped, then came sam south, it was great! not even mentioning dw caves before euros! and killing bots with npc thieves outside jg/dw gates.. lol!

and the illusive sos, som, sun drops...getting the 1st drop at a new cap on the server! i got the 1st 8d sun shield on sparta, and also had the 1st +9 s/s set at 80 cap...good memories, sro rocked indeed!
