Even though higher plusses are achieved all the time, getting a weapon to +19 is still very impressive and not at ALL something everyone runs around with!

In fact, according to Rev6, the highest plussed weapon on Thebes is only +14!

^Well, SRO-R is alot newer and people don't have as much gold yet.

People have gotten +18 several times before, that's not something that happens often yes, but is it a proper achievement? No. It just comes down to the amount of time and money someone is going to put in.
