Yup ... zerk lasts 1 minutes ... I know that by when I use offering I usually use it with zerk ... since offerings recharge time is 1 minute , zerk ends exactly when my offering recharges ...

Has anybody else noticed that having a warlock in an 8-man party seems to give all of the party zerk faster? We've discussed it a few times and are pretty sure it works that way. Makes adding a warlock to your party a lot more appealing if it's true. :wink:

Most of the people never did. And I've seen some threads from 2006 where people discuss whether having Lucky on your set increases the chance of getting good drops.

As said it is a passive for the DoT attacks.

ah cant believe this was 5 years ago o_O.

Anyways i believe it had something to do with the DoTs staying on the mobs even after they died, and more hits meant more chance of zerk balls + lowering the durability very fast.
They changed that [the DoTs sticking on the mobs after they died] after like a year though, i remember i wouldn't get zerk as fast anymore.

It's their passive, you get zerk faster when you use DoTs.

It wasn't in the passive at the beginning. Actually from what I experienced the natural regeneration was much faster before they included it in the passive. On TSRO i remember that i zerked like 3 times in a row on the same Sungsung PTG and the kill speed wasn't exactly slow. Nowadays with the passive it's not possible anymore unfortunately (however i have to admit it was rather unbalanced before and probably not intented that way). It made Warlocks very popular in Pts though.

So basically, what TheDrop already said.
