You can't use life control and life turnover together .
if you just play without any gaping , you won't be able to get more than 1 mastery tree and you will only be able to get the vital skills at that tree .
and if you try constant 9 gap you will get like 10 million sp at +100 (and it is pretty slow leveting with 9 gap) .
One more thing , if you want to delevel , keep the mastery level less than the lowest level you will reach with 9 levels , as when you delevel from 25 to 15 , keep your mastery at 6 to have a constant 9 gap (or more than 9 at this case but it makes no difference at exp and sp gain if you have your mastery level less than the character level with +9).
