How can you buy an account from someone with getting scammed

somebody wants to sell me their account but idk the steps to buying an account or what to ask them for so i dont get scammed

There is always a risk while buying/selling accounts

One thing 1 know is : don't buy an email verified account (especially not Yahoo verified).
