Problem - Silkroad does not show the pictures of character faces in the top left and on party members.
My computer is not even 6 months old. I have played Silkroad on many computers, it happens on some but not on others.

COMPUTER CONFIGURATIONS
I have 4 GB RAM.
What kinda graphics card u have? Intel Graphics Media Accelerator
What kinda system is it (for eg - Dell Dimension 8400 or somting)? Sony VAIO VGN-NW238F
What is the Operating System running on ur computer? Windows 7 64 bit.

Is there anyway to fix this? If there is please let me know how.

BASIC QUESTIONS -
Wat did u do tat u go this problem :D - Nothing, whenever SRO opens.
Any software or hardware changes done after which ur facing this
problem? Nope, this happened from whenever I first used SRO.

P.S. Sorry for the really sloppy editing, but this is the 1st or 2nd time I have used Paint :P. The orange arrow points to what I am talking about and its on that circle for every party member if I'm in a party as well.

'Intel Graphics Media Accelerator' isn't realy a great one, update drivers is maby the best solution.
