Hello,

I have made a pure int s/s nuker and I was wondering whether I should make it force/recovery or force/bicheon. If you could tell me what the pros and cons to each are and what they are best for, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I myself went Force/Bicheon

Anyway bicheon gives a block rate passive (pretty helpful), a life-saving defense buff (tons of physical defense for 15 sec), a damage disperse skill for party, tons of physical damage skills and stabs that you won't be using much after reaching 30 (maybe the knock down one every now and then), a few ranged attacks (since you don't have that many lion shouts).

For recovery:

You get multiple hp healing skills (and 1 mp healing skill), status healing skills, you can put bad status on enemies, oddly enough the only stun skill for recovery is available after reaching 110.
Mp increase passive and natural therapy, resurrection.
Party Def buffs (can not be cast on self)

So basically Bicheon doesn't give a lot but carrying a shield and a block rate buff is nice as you always have a chance to change the damage done to you to zero (block).

Recovery is more party assisting than self assisting, as you have hp buffs and better def buffs than the "force" buffs.
