Okay, sorry for another question.
I am currently a str/fire/bow character wearing garments, and level 25.
I have skills into lightning for grasswalk also.
I want to know if I should get cold for the freezing. I know that I probably should since zexy suggested it. If so, then should I level it equal with fire or should I have cold lower and fire higher or visa versa?
Also should I get fire protection or the ice gaurd?
Sorry for these questions. I am just confused on what would be good. :?

zexy would be much better at giving advice than me, but I'll give it my best shot.
If you have the sp, keep cold equal to fire. However, I would suggest keeping cold quite low for now, since it really becomes very useful only at 60, because of the phys defence bonus. Freezing is very nice though, and frost nova can get you out of some sticky spots.
Get fire protection AND ice guard, both equally useful. Get both definitely.

I'm not much of an archer, but if you're going PvE I'd say go cold (hardcore cold with imbue etc). Hm, since you're a archer with ice already (or you'll be), you probably need that much of an defense (; but still,

fire protection=mag.def
ice guard=phy.def

you get phy.def from your build (PureStr) and mag.def from the garms, so it's all a matter of choice and how much SP you wanna put into it.. I'd have gone iceguard though 'cause of the cool looks ;)

:D

IF you can stand keeping a 4 gap until 60+ and then farm (maybe farm at 16 too?)

Then i would definitely advise a

Pacheon 70 / cold 70 / fire 70 / lightning 70 build (or maybe throw in heuksal passive lv 2-3 instead)

In 5 years haha, when you reach lv 90, do curst heart a little bit and make it look like this:

Pacheon 90 / cold 60 / fire 60 / lightning 60 :P

Uhm regarding ice, the passive + buff is like +100 psy defense when maxed, which is a LOT.

Frost nova is also extremly useful and fun aswell. When being gangbanged while training throw nova woods to freeze/frostbite everyone around you. Its also sweet for pvp, if youre maybe fighting a glavier who starts off the fight with getting a lucky stun. Smack all three nova books at him to regain hp - phantom walk away and restart the fight to your advantage ;)

Also frostbite is so fking brilliant for pvp for an archer. (you should get both fire and cold imbue though)

Sorry if it got a little long, had a lot of caffein today :P

It makes a difference.

Cant recall how much the imbue damage is, but lets just say 300-500 dmg.

Add 15% to that ;) Even for a pure str it matters.

Uhm i have it maxed up to book3.
