What does having Int allow you to do?
Do you get other skills or something? :?

The more int you add the more Magic Points (Fruthermore known as MP) your character is attributed with.

It also has something to do mathematically with the damage you deal to a creature based on your characters item stats and so forth. This aspect if the game I am utterly blind to however but there is bound to be an 3l337 person to fly by soon to take it from where ive left off.

The same does apply to strength however it gives you more Hit Points/Health Points (HP) and the power of the skills your weapon uses that arent magically initiated.

and more int = more magic damages
its just another way to choose ur char class/job like in other games would have diferent class
ex: int user = mage/caster/warlock/blahblahblah
and str user= warrior/ranger/blahblahblah//

confused me.
Sure a mage needs int and a warrior needs strength, but how does that relate to the jobs on the silk road?

In reality the winner is whoever doesnt die first.

yeh, but in other games, if you choose a certain class it comes with certain skills you can learn. But since this game doesn't have that, you just choose a character and they can be anything you want with the proper build...
so does the MP allow you to cast more skills?
maybe if i play the game more, i'll understand. :P

no.... more int doesn't means u can cast more skills..
more sp give u more skills... :P
having alot of int just means u'll deal higher magic damages ..
int and str go diferent ways.. 1 focus more on weapons skills and the other focus on force skills

what weapon u use?.. what what skills u already learnt?..
for me as a sword user.. + messed up stat... my damages were lousy too
but at lvl 30+ i learn higher lvl skills and my damage got alot better..
i can kill a mob at my lvl within the time of my ice buff...for a sword user thats not bad.. i think  where as a glavie user can kill a mob in 2 hits..

Str is technically best because SRO is biased in favour of Str characters.

Fact: Str characters gain more HP as they level up than Int characters gain MP.

Fact: Str characters deal just as much damage doing physical damage as Int characters deal with magic attacks.

Conclusion: Str characters will survive in situations an Int character would fall easily in. And, being just as strong, they are therefor easier or "better" to play because they die less often and kick ass in both PvP and PvM.
