Its all opinion based.
Good luck getting a blader to lvl 90 without botting.
As for my opinion, its glaiver. Nothing more fun that having massive hp and still dealing out massive dmg.

There is no best build anyways. They are all equal in their own ways.

This cap i found that glaivers where dominent now with the status effect of a blader and the new damage, that brings blader up to glaivers. This is my opinion being a persone who has played both chars.

Pros/Cons of a Glaiver
Pros
-Hp
-Average damage high
-KD
-Stun
-Fast leveling
Cons
-Less defence
-Boring using the same skills over and over

Pros/Cons of a Blader
Pros
-High Defence
-Block
-Abillity to tank
-Knock Down / 3 knock down skills
-Stab / 3 stab skills able to use in 1 knock down
-fun

Cons
-Average damage lower
-Less Hp, but makes up with higher defence

kk now ill talk a bit about the Glaiver

Glaivers are moderate damage dealing characters, able to take quite a bit of damage because of higher hp. This is a build meant for bigginers as it requires you to press 3 skills, Spear throw, Stun, and Spin. So you do these moves to 1 individual monster with the exeption of the spin.

Now bladers

Bladers might come off as a character who's slow because of its lower damage, but the ability to tank makes up for this. Now being able to take double the monsters a glaiver, you don't have to run from monster to monster. And you also have the sword dance skill which attacks multiple monsters, the knock down can hit up to 3 monsters, and as a monsters knocked down its unable to attack you, meaning even more of a tanking ability. Pull out a couple of combos for status and there you make up your damage to take out those multiple monsters faster and its fun.

So a blader with

90 Becheon
90 Fire
90 Light
30 Cold

Why?

Becheon is obvious for your skills and damage.

Fire is because the damage is higher and with the buffs you get phys damage, and the status buff which with some blues = immunity to freeze.

Light because you get the phantom and grass walk which will allow you to train even faster, and you got the mag damage buff which adds some damage. And a parry buff which adds to your tanking ability.

Cold because you can hold out a moderate snow shield because you take less damage, and if you want get the frost nova to freeze multiple enemies or monsters so you can deal more damage before they hit you, or just to keep up. And id also get the imbue even though its week you can still freeze and stuff, for when you find yourself if it ever hapends in a situation where you gotta run from a group of monsters. Switch to cold imbue for a couple of seconds to kill off some of the monsters then switch back to your other imbue weather it be light or fire.

So blader FTW!

PS, Bows are decent but with a simple phanthom walk and a knock down you got yourself a bow with low health and defence on the ground, waiting to get triple stabbed, yes there crits are strong but a bow can pritty much take these with ease. So there goes your bow...

There is no best build. Depends on:gear, lil bit of brain and quickness.

dun ever go for 90light =.=
the sp aint worth it, unless u wanna spend 40+k sp for juz :
1m more ghost walk dist
5 more parry (concentration + passive)
1% mag dmg increase

80light is more than sufficeint for pure str char

My grass walk will be higher though, and as a blader you don't need the ice deff buff because you already have enough defence as it is. So i just put it into light, and my character is a light blader atm cause im leveling with two masteries and using the grass walk and phantom to my advantage at lower levels and once im 90 gonna farm up my fire.

I'm starting to become a real fan of a Pure STR Fire bow. They crit often, and if you use Anti Devil book series combined with strongbow, chances are you will 1 to 2 hit any mob your level.

It deals great damage and can tank, what more can you ask for? After a while of playing my Wizard, I'm not too fond of Int Builds anymore due to them dying so much even though they can kick serious ass. So I have a pure STR Bow nub that I powerlevel using my second computer, at least up to level 30; so it will be fully farmed and everything by then; and then I will be able to effectively grind on my own, and if I overtake my Wizard character; I'd make the switch and transfer everything over. The only cons to it is that it requires lots of arrows to grind; so make sure you have a decent sized bank built up beforehand.
