So yeah..
I'm really out of the loop when it comes to SRO, I'm just curious as to where everybody is.
I'd like to play again, but that isn't possible since I work 50+ hours a week, it would be 70+ but I turned down that opportunity.

What happened to Salvation? Any reason why it went down?
Is there any news on SRO 2?
I just checked EPVP, it seems really dead compared to what it used to be.
It seems SRO is deteriorating just as fast as the United States.

Salvation went down because at peak time we were lucky to have 20 people on, so the investment just wasn't worth it anymore.
Dunno, but knowing Joymax, they won't learn from their mistakes, but hey, maybe I'll be wrong.

I've given up actually playing, log onto pvp servers on occasion, mess around a little bit, log off. There's only so much "unique" stuff you can do with a pserver, their pretty much all the same now.

Private servers in epvp start up strong and die within a month, maybe less, maybe a little bit more but never lasts on the long run, and isro is boring as hell with its never ending super slow leveling, and even if you managed to get to the cap, you'll get pwnt by 13D+12 with devil+10 people, or the turkish party at samarkand south, silkroad is indeed deteriorating, that's why gw2 is taking all my gaming time now.

I've been on X-Gaming for the past ~6 months. Enjoying it on and off. It's a server with rebirthing and custom items so if you're not willing to invest money and/or time you wont get far though, I'll be honest with that rofl.

I'd like to play a private server that won't die in 2 weeks >< all the new servers are full of Turks and retarded edits.

InfinityRoad just went back up, no clue if it'll be like it was last time, but if you can stand pvp servers then give that a try.

That's a shame. I'm not expecting much from SRO 2, it's going to be great or it's going to flop. [probably the latter]
All JM really has to do to make SRO 2 succeed is make it fairly original [no reskins plox], make the item mall for cosmetic items only, balance skills, and decrease exp/sp requirement dramatically. Boom, full servers 365 days a year.

I just tried Penguin SRO, pretty dead, pretty bland. I tried the Infinity PvP server just now, nobody on.
SRO is on a serious decline, and I don't see SRO 2 coming in the next year, if ever.

The pservers would still be going strong.. if the files weren't released. I miss ZSZC/ECSRO more than I do any other version. Full servers, tons of competition, tons of guilds and players, no ridiculous edits or alchemy, etc. :l

So pretty much all they have to do is not pull an Infinity Ward. Hurhur bad CoD jokes.

Infinity had around 60 people on about 9 hours ago, I dunno how long that will last though.

We'll see, I'm still surprised how quickly all the servers died while I was away. [haven't played really since PlaySRO opened their 80 cap server]
Give it another 6 months there might only be a handful left.

This games what....8 years old now, maybe not quite. I'm amazed it lasted this long.

Some people in SRF should make a server.

Infinity is back up its working great. Alot of players online and its getting more for each day. They have been open for allmost a week and the owners claim that they have paid for 6month for the server.

Still haven't found any decent servers. :/
Creddy has over 1k players online, but their sets are all +18/19 because you can buy +5 adv..derp.
Infinity PvP isn't too bad, a few of the donators are annoying. $15 makes you godlike [sun set]

I think Ltsune made a server a while back [I think] and it went down because they had so few players.

I'd like for SRF to run a server, but not quite like Salvation.
In order to keep a server up it has to appeal to EPVP users as well since they're the main source of income for any server.

Just refuse to pvp donators. Unlike their previous attempt where you could buy +18 stuff for the same price ($8), you aren't alone this time, there's a good number of people who don't like the donators, the zerk whores, the outside buffers, etc.

Played Creddy Avengers for a while with some people from here, it was fine for a while, but once people started getting +19 weapons we all pretty much said screw it.
