It isn't a guide but some guidelines :P

1. Skills (100 heuksal / 100 fire / 100 force)

Heuksal:

Annihilating Blade Series - optional (I find it handy in pve)
Fanning Spear Series - get the first - third and last
Heuksal Spear Series - must have
Soul Departs Spear Series - must have
Ghost Spear Attack Series - must have
Chain Spear Attack Series - optional not for pvp
Flying Dragon Spear Series - must have
Cheolsam Force Series (Passive) - must have

Fire:

Fire Force Series - must have
Fire Shield Series - must have
Flame Body Series - must have
Fire Protection Series - must have
Fire Wall Series - optional for pve but a must have for pvp IMO
Flame Wave Series - don't add it >_>
Fire Combustion Series - not very handy and long cooldown (optional)
Flame Devil Force Series (Passive) - must have

Force:

Self Heal Series - Don't add it, waste of sp
Force Cure Series - must have (removes all status BUT you have to click on yourself first)
Cure Therapy Series - optional, does the same as force cure but you don't have to click on yourself, long cooldown
Heal Series - optional, bigger heal and very handy to help people at medusa
Rebirth Art Series - must have, always usefull to be able to res someone
Natural Therapy Series - optional, if you want to plvl or something
Vital Spot Attack Series - must have
Force Increasing Series (Passive)- must have

2. Gear

IMO protector is the best choise for force glaive. You got the fire mag inc buff but no cold. So phy def would be the best choise. Glaive also has mag inc buff.

I hope this helped you a bit :)

Why a force glaive?

Because they are cewl  And they can do some sick dmg. One of the best builds vs chin I would say like every force build they have a huge advantage over other chins.
A con is probably the lack of speed. Speed potion are pretty expensive.
This build is awesome vs chins but pvping euros is a lot harder. Most euros have holy spell and so you can only use the vital debuffs. This is where the pro set comes in handy for more phy def.
In group pvp you can res your team if the cleric is dead and force users are really handy at medusa if someone get stuck in those rocks (can't think of the name right now).
I was a cold / fire glaive but changed to force and pvp just got so much better :)
