GENERAL TIPS FOR EURO QUESTING
Before you go out there and get pissed on all the walking you will inevitably have to do over the first few quests, take advantage of the goods given to the low level players.

After hunting and completing a quest, you can quickly return to town by letting yourself die. On the first levels you won't lose exp, and for a while it will be quicker to regain that exp hunting than running around. Constantinople is a HUGE city.

Guide Riise is your friend. He will help you, a lot. He's next to the Atlas Statue, between the Blacksmith and the Armor Trader. Look at all the cool stuff he will help you with:
-Teleport you to the Carisius Door (North Gate) for 10 gold
-Teleport you to the Pegae Door (West Gate) for 10 gold
-Teleport back to where you last used your return scroll
-Teleport to the last place you died
-You can teleport to him from the Carisius or Pegae doors for 10 gold too.
His services are avaiable up to level 20.

If you die by accident on the middle of a quest, you can ressurect yourself at the same place up to level 10. After level 10 just use Guide Riise to return quickly to where you died.

When you think dying isn't worth it, you can start burning your return scrolls. They are cheap and you will probably pick more of them than you actually use. Just don't sell them. You're given 20 begginer returning scrolls when your character is born.

EASTERN EUROPE QUESTS
Green Quests are linked on the Baroi Tribe quest chain
Red Quests are linked on the Cerberus quest chain

LEVEL 1

Europe Tutorial
NPC: Guide Lipria
Requirements: Must be european
Tasks: Several
Reward: Several

This quest will provide instructions to the newer players on the game. It is highly recommended you complete this quest, especially if you never played the game. This is one of the only quests that chinese cannot do.

Talk with Guide Lipria, and chose "Europe Tutorial". She will describe the game's aspects. Follow her advices and talk to the NPCs she will tell you off.

Yes, it's a lot of walking, but it is way faster than the chinese version of it.

1. Conversation with Jatomo
2. Conversation with Bajel
3. Conversation with Retaldi & Purchase 1 HP Recovery Herb
4. Deliver HP Recovery Herb to Balbardo
5. Conversation with Lipria
6. Hunt 20 Movias

This quest will give you some basic equipment and gold, but if you have already played Silkroad before and you are interested on more profitable things, it's better you start out hunting monsters already. You might want to do it because it gives a level 5 + 1 weapon, which can help a little while training between levels 5 and 8, when you get your 2nd degree weapon.

LEVEL 3

Retaldi's Anxiety
NPC: Nun Retaldi (Drugstore of Constantinople)
Requirements: None
Tasks: Kill 20 Graesps
Reward: 700 exp, 100 skill exp, Nun's Prayer scroll [HP 100 increase, 1 hour period]

This is the first quest other than Europe Tutorial avaiable on europe. It is a rather easy task, talk to Nun Retaldi, then leave trough the West Gate to the Golden Plains. The Graesps are located on the middle of the Plains. Kill 20 of them then return to Retaldi.

LEVEL 4

Tana's Handkerchief
NPC: Nun Retaldi (Drugstore of Constantinople)
Requirements: Complete Retaldi's Anxiety
Task: Deliver "Tana's Handkerchief" to the Merchant Guild Associate Tana.
Reward: 300 skill exp

Another easy task, you'll find yourself doing a lot of this kind of quest to proceed on the chains. Just talk to Nun Retaldi and she will give you Tana's Handkerchief, then take it to Tana. She is south of the square, next to the Speciality Shop (don't confuse her with her sister Tina).

Sister's Love 1
NPC: Merchant Guild Associate Tana
Requirements: Complete Tana's Handkerchief
Task: Get 2 Twinkling Hairpins from the Edemp
Reward: 350 exp, 200 gold, 200 skill exp

Another quest without troubles, just go back to the Golden Plains and kill Edenps. They're found together with Graesps. Kill a few of them and they should drop the items you must take back. After you have them both, return them to Tana.

Sister's Love 2
NPc: Merchant Guild Associate Tana
Requirements: Complete Sister's Love 1
Task: Deliver one Golden Hairpin to the Trade Shop owner Tina
Reward: 750 exp, 500 gold, 1000 skill exp

Tina is right next to Tana, just take the hairpin you will be given to her. I wonder why Tana doesn't deliver it herself, but I guess more easy rewarding is allright.

LEVEL 5

Inventory Expansion 1
NPC: Grocery Trader Bajel
Requirements: Level 5 is obligatory, must be european.
Task: Get 10 Movoi's Grass
Reward: Inventory Expansion (10 slots)

This is the first Inventory Expansion offered to european characters. Talk with Bajel and get the quest. Movois are the level 2 shrub-like monsters you see around Constantinople. They're of a lighter shade of green than the Movias. Just find a few around and collect their grasses, then return them to Bajel. You will now have an expanded inventory.

Forming a Party
NPC: Trade Shop owner Tina
Requirements: Complete Sisterhood 2
Task: Join a Share Party
Reward: 350 exp

Talk to Tina. She will ask you to join an Exp Share/Item Share party. This will be harder than it looks, because most people won't want to party with you. Somehow get a party, either invite some newbie or join some at party match, then talk to Tina before they kick you out. This is necessary to keep on with this quest chain.

Hunting Wolf
NPC: Trade Shop owner Tina
Requirements: Complete Forming a Party
Task: Kill 30 Baroi Wolves
Reward: 1800 exp, 950 gold, 1500 skill exp

Baroi Wolves are level 5 mobs found at the Forest of Sorrow. Just head there and kill all the ones you need. Beware the Logos Baroi you will find while hunting them, they are strong and will probably hurt you a lot, but they aren't agressive (other than their champions, of course). After killing them all report to Tina.

LEVEL 7

Associate Boss Kapros
NPC: Trade Shop owner Tina
Requirements: Complete Hunting Wolf
Task: Talk with Associate Boss Kapros
Reward: 350 exp

After hunting the wolves, talk to Tina again. She will send you to talk with Association Boss Kapros. To find where he is, open your Constantinople map and locate the Merchant Camp, close to the Coliseum. Kapros should be in front of it.

Attacker of Traders
NPC: Associate Boss Kapros
Requirements: Complete Associate Boss Kapros
Task: Talk with the Sunset Witch
Reward: 1050 exp, 750 skill exp, Mercy's Step [20% movement speed increase, 1 hour period]

Kapros will tell you off to the Sunset Witch. She supposedly saw the ones that robbed the goods, and you will have to go talk to her so you know which mobs to hunt. The Sunset Witch is at the Witch's Lighthouse, north of Constantinople. You'll be going a lot to this place. Talk with the witch then return to Kapros.

Revenge of Traders
NPC: Associate Boss Kapros
Requirements: Complete Attacker of Traders
Task: Kill 40 Logos Barois
Reward: 3300 exp, 1500 gold, 2000 skill exp

Another simple go-and-kill quest. The Logos Baroi are all around the Forest of Sorrow. You should have met some while hunting for wolves. Just kill them then report to Kapros.

LEVEL 8

Bringing Linen
NPC: Associate Boss Kapros
Requirements: Complete Revenge of Traders
Task: Get 10 Linen Boxes
Reward: 4700 exp, 2000 gold, 2500 skill exp

This time you return yet again to the Forest of Sorrow. You will kill Bartis to get these linen boxes. They are at the West/Southwest part of the forest, but don't have a consistant spawn. Pay attention to the drops, and you should complete this quest in a few minutes. Take the boxes to Kapros.

LEVEL 9

Finding Perfume
NPC: Associate Boss Kapros
Requirements: Complete Bringing Linen
Task: Find 10 Kapros' Perfume
Reward: 8500 exp, 3400 gold, 4000 skill exp

This time you return yet again to the Forest of Sorrow. You will kill Misos Baroi to get these perfume. They are near the main Baroi Village, whch shows up as a few dots on the middle of the Forest. Pay attention to the drops, and you should complete this quest in a few minutes. Take the perfumes to Kapros.

LEVEL 10

Perfume Delivery
NPC: Associate Boss Kapros
Requirements: Complete Finding Perfume
Task: Deliver Perfume to Trade Shop owner Tina
Reward: Level 13 weapon of your highest mastery (includes chinese character)

Simply take the perfume Kapros' will give you to the Trade Shop owner Tina.

Rope of Barpole
NPC: Trade Shop owner Tina
Requirements: Complete Perfume Delivery
Task: Get 20 Rough Ropes
Reward: 9400 exp, 4000 skill exp, Merchant Vigor [Increase in HP recovery speed, 1 hour period]

Now you will be doing some business at the Baroi Village. Get in there and kill the Barpolles that are all around the village. By this time you should meet your first party mobs, take care with them. Try joining a party with Exp share/Item Share and the quest will be done quickly, and you will level up a lot too. Take these ropes to Tina, and you will have finished this quest chain!

LEVEL 11

Stable Purification
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: None
Task: Kill 10 Stable Sentries, get 5 Stable's Filth
Reward: 1300 exp, 500 skill exp, Witch's Kiss [20% movement speed increase, 1 hour period]

So now starts the Cerberus Chain Quest. It starts with a lot of trouble already. Talk to the Sunset Witch and she will ask you to purify a cursed stable at the Golden Plains. But to purify it, you will need Holy Waters. There are two quests you must do to obtain them, and so we will. You can kill the Stable Sentries anytime though.

Finding Holy Water 1
NPC: Priest Gabriel
Requirements: Start Stable Purification
Task: Deliver Ubertino's Hat to Ubertino
Reward: 250 skill exp

Gabriel is located at Saint Sophia. Approach him and ask for Holy Waters. He'll say he gave them all to Ubertino, one of the heads of the Merchant Camp. The Merchant camp is that very one you made lots of quest for Kapros (or should), close to the Coliseum. Get the hat and deliver it to Ubertino so you can get some Holy Waters from him.

Finding Holy Water 2
NPC: Guild Master Ubertino
Requirements: Complete Finding Holy Water 1
Task: Get 30 Dow Genetos' Horns
Reward: 19500 exp, 7500 exp, Gabirel's Holy Water

Ubertino will be a jerk and refuse to give you the Holy Waters, unless you do him a favour. Yeah right. But you got no option. You'll be back to the Forest of Sorrows! Go far west, close to the mountains. There you will find Dow Genetos and Dow Genema. It's the Dow Genetos you're after. Kill them and collect their horns. If you're taking this quest on level 10, you'll have some trouble on killing them, so make a large share party if you can (with one cleric at least). If you're str based, you'll be troubled on how Dows have the sad habit of hitting you with Magical Attacks. This quest will take some time. When you're done, take the horns to Ubertino, and he will give you 10 Holy Waters.

Stable Purification (cont.)
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: None
Task: Kill 10 Stable Sentries, get 5 Stable's Filth
Reward: 1300 exp, 500 skill exp, Witch's Kiss [20% movement speed increase, 1 hour period]

Back to the Stabe Purification quest, head for the Golden Plains. The place you must use the holy waters is the following location:

Image
<The camera is facing East, towards Constantinople>

Use the Holy Waters and wait them have any effect. Either the water will disappear, or you will get one Stable Filth in exchange. Just keep using the Holy Waters until you have all the filths you need. In case you're unlucky and you ran out of Holy Waters, you can get more with Ubertino. Kill the Stable Sentries if you haven't already. After completing both tasks, talk to the Sunset Witch for your prize.

LEVEL 12

Stable's Secret 1
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: Complete Stable Purification
Task: Get 30 Kyklopes' Eyes
Reward: 28000 exp, 10000 gold, 10000 skill exp

The Sunset witch will blabber on how she thinks the stabe's curse to be weird. After all the talking, she will want to capture a Dow Genema to find out. But to capture it, she needs to make a Chaos Dust out of Kyklopes eyes. Now that's just mean. Go to North/Northwest of Desperado Hill and kill Kyklopes until you have all the eyes, and take them to the Sunset Witch.

Stable's Secret 2
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: Complete Stable's Secret 1
Task: Capture one Dow Genema and take it to the Sunset Witch.
Reward: 5100 exp, 1800 skill exp, STR/INT Scroll[+5 STR/INT, 1 hour period]

Now you got the witch all the eyes, she will make Chaos Medicine out of them. Then she will give them to you. Go back again into the Forest of Sorrow and use a Chaos Medicine on a Dow Genema. When you do, the Genema will follow you like a little pet. You must take the bear back to the Sunset Witch in less than 20 minutes, and you can't go more than 30 metres away from the monster. Just run back to the lighthouse slowly and painfully, and talk to her while the monster is following you.

LEVEL 13

Ares' Spear
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: Complete Stable's Secret 2
Task: Find one Ares' Spear
Reward: 15300 exp, 5000 skill exp, Pursuer Valor[20% damage absorption, 1 hour period]

The next task involves collecting one single item from the Brontes. They are located South from Desperado Hill, between said Hill and the Garden of Gods. No one ever hunts these monsters so you shouldn't have any trouble. Kill them until one drops the Ares' Spear, then take it to the Sunset Witch.

LEVEL 14

Running from Chaser 1
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: Complete Ares' Spear
Task: Get 50 Aduna Ladon's Scales
Reward: 41000 exp, 14000 gold, 12500 skill exp

This quest requires you to get many items from the Aduna Ladons. Aduna Ladons are found at the Forest of Dusk. They aren't much dangerous themselves, but they are together with Simos Ladon, which will give you a lot of trouble. This quest will take a while, but press on. After getting all scales, take them to the Witch.

Running from Chaser 2
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: Complete Running from Chaser 1
Task: Deliver the Scale Box to the Sunset Witch
Reward: Chaser End[20% attack rating increase, 1 hour period]

A small delivery quest. The witch will return you the scales (why bring them to her on the first place?), that you have to take them to the Blacksmith Balbardo on Constantinople. Take the scales to him, he will return you the box, then take the box to the witch.

LEVEL 15

Capturing Simos Ladon 1
NPC: Sunset Witch
Requirements: Complete Running from Chaser 2
Task: Visit Adria of the Hunter's Guild
Reward: 750 exp

Talk with the witch, then go to constantinople and talk with Adria. She is near the Royal Palace, at the Hunter's guild. All capturing quests are on this fashion.

Capturing Simos Ladon 2
NPC: Hunter's Guild Adria
Requirements: Complete Capturing Simos Ladon 1
Task: Get 40 Wind Powders from the Polipemos
Reward: 35000 exp, 10000 skill exp

Adria will send you to get the Wind Powdersfrom the Polipemos. This quest has a better drop rate than the Aduna Ladon's scales. The Polipemos are located inside the ruins of Desperado Hill. It won't be hard to find hordes of them, without anyone killing them unless the server you play at is new. Pick all the Wind Powders and take them to Adria.

LEVEL 16

Capturing Simos Ladon 3
NPC: Hunter's Guild Adria
Requirements: Complete Capturing Simos Ladon 3
Task: Deliver the Wind Powders to the Sunset Witch
Reward: 750 skill exp

Just talk again with Adria, she will return you the powders (couldn't we have skipped?) so you can bring them to the Sunset Witch.

Capturing Simos Ladon 4
NPC: Hunter's Guild Adria
Requirements: Complete Capturing Simos Ladon 3
Task: Capture one Simos Ladon and take it to the Sunset Witch.
Reward: 5100 exp, 1400 skill exp

Again, couldn't we have skipped this part? Anyway, now you have the Wind Powders (once again returned to you), use them on a Simos Ladon the same fashion you captured a Dow Genema before. Simos Ladon are at the Forest of Dusk in case you forgot it. It's the same. Really. Shouldn't be that hard. Take the Simos Ladon with you to the Sunset Witch.

<to be continued with Cerberus quests>

Guh, another necroed thread. This guide is different but there are other quest guides that are good as well.

And no, it's not worth it doing ALL the quests. Just enough to get you high enough to join parties, plus the inv. expansion quests, and the one that gives you zerk scrolls.
