i have some questions, how does this work?
can we use it in the official game?
do we get the items you mentioned or do the mobs we want appear in front of us?
it only affects our computer or other see it too?
how can i do that stuff?
sorry for all these questions, i really dont know nothing about pk2 im trying to understand how this work, answer if you want if you dont, dont answer but i would appreciate some answers very much =P thank you all

only we see it.
pk2 editing is basicly programming. you edit what you want in game for example...

if you like 9D spear but you use a glavie then u can edit to so it looks like it.
no stats are edited. spawning mobs clientside uslually comes with a bot which is bad but here you can change say... a mangyang to lord yarkan and have loads of yarkans running around in jangan!

just some things u can do...
change horse to urichi
change +3 glow (or +7 +9 +5)
make your item sox (stats dont change)
change sox glow
change the degree armor your wearing
edit your wolf to.... penguin/fox.. ect
edit the underbar (thx me! lol)

i missed out a lot but theres just some

ok so when i try to change Jade Breaking spear to Windless spear i did somthing wrong, High lvls that are using Windless Spear look like they are using Jade breaking spear (intended effect) But low lvls still look like they are using Jade breaking aswell... What did i do wrong?

I think you changed the Windless spear to Jade Breaking, instead of the other way around lol.

That wouldn't work. I'll tell you why, it's actually pretty logical.

First, you replaced skill_ch_spear_frontarea_b.ban with skill_ch_spear_frontarea_d.ban . This makes all codes to Windless spear.
Then you replaced skill_ch_spear_frontarea_d.ban with skill_ch_spear_frontarea_b.ban, but this changes all the codes back to Jade breaking, including the ones you just changed. So everyone has Jade Breaking spear now.

If you want the high lvls to use Jade breaking, you will have to use another technique. I'll give you one.
Replace skill_ch_spear_frontarea_d.ban with skill_ch_spear_frontarea_z.ban . This changes Windless spear to something else (z doesn't exist, but we'll use this so we can change it again.)
Then replace skill_ch_spear_frontarea_b.ban with skill_ch_spear_frontarea_d.ban, wich will make the Jade Breaking into Windless spear.
Then replace skill_ch_spear_frontarea_z.ban with skill_ch_spear_frontarea_b.ban, so now the high lvls will have Jade breaking.

Hope you understand a little, if not, I'll have to simplify it even more :P

Tryed to replace strike n smash skill with Flying Stone Smash(cSRo) with xvi32 and hexeditor butdont worked, tryed other skills to edit but 0 changes.

Hello ! I ve got a problem with data pk2 i cant open the file !! I open XVI32 , try to open Data pk2 and its says "Cant allocate additional memory to perform operation " :? Help please !

You need HexEdit121 to open Data.pk2

Well I don't know the exact codes, but I do know that you need to look for "hwan" for zerk.

AFAIK you cant find/replace to wings. unless you are doing devil > angel or visa versa. if you think you can easilly please post it here :)

Yeah I saw that picture too, but I haven't managed to change my own zerk.

:banghead: Again a problem ! On data pk2 i search for my avatar dress ( clown dress) and its says a pattern was not found .I try with one of the codes of the list and again !
I try with ANSI etc each times i ve got a pattern was not found !

I open XVI32 and replace \avatar_w_clown.bsr with \avatar_w_fur.bsr (or something like that) And tadddaaa it says "occurence remplace 1 " .I think it will be working and .. its crush !When i open silkroad a window with false appear and i cant lunch the game !

How can i change my clown dress to an other dress ??

!! I extract on Data pk2 \res\item\avatar\avatar_w_clown

And i paste avatar_w_fur on avatar_w_clown.
And i edit it by pk2 Editor .
There is an inspection now but the client isn't crushing when i lunch it .

Do you think it will work ??

im nt explaining here because theres already a tut somewhere.

basically extract the last itemdata_..... .txt

find the suit u want to change it to.

copy the bsr

find what you want to change

change that bsr with the one u copied.


look at file size, if too big, remove some stuff from euro SOH
if too small add x's to euro SOH (it dont reli matter what u remove or where u add, just delete or type x until its equal in length)

inject and enjoy. PM ME FOR GOD SAKES I NEED MORE FRIENDS lol

\avatar_w_clown.bsr and \avatar_w_fur.bsr aren't the same length, so by replacing them you changed the filesize of Media.pk2, and so causing an error. Search for a good guide here, there's a lot of them.

Ooooh nooo ! I can have a suit like the fur dress or the arabian dress but when i change for the angel wings i just got the " armor "but not the wings

How could i do to have the wings too ??

I think i must have the codes for the run action and for the flying action

Is there a code only for the wings ??
