I have been skimming through the sig requests, and for the ones that are not locked, I have ideas for. Izmeister, I suppose this is primarily directed at you seeing as how you make a ton of the sigs...

Would I be stepping on toes if I posted a version myself even if one has already been presented and is possibly in the sig of the user who requested it?

Of course you can... if the requester is not using the sig posted, it usually means they're not satisfied with it.

Otherwise if they're using it, it's kind of a waste of time, yeah?

It's not a problem at all - you also might be interested in posting any signature in Artist Corner and ask what others think of it.

To add on, some people put it in their sig but say they are still open to options.
