All in all you are playing 8 different kotors in one game. Tbh that itself is worth the monthly fee until you are done. There are 4 storylines on republic, and 4 on sith. Not to mention each one of those 8 classes has two sub classes.

Whats your source to say such thing as the game is loosing some?

1 of your friend left? -_-

There is still 1.7M subs as of 1 february over the 2M games sold.

ok english might not be your first language, perhaps i should have said swtor is losing players, but do the math, 300k people have already stopped playing after one month, i know 4 people from aion that subbed 6 months and all of them have also stopped playing so that doesn't count to the subs lost, my guild of 120+ with 50 very active members now only has like 15 active at any time, im sure it is like that for many other guilds in other servers, i have 50 imp in west coast server and a 29 pub in another west coast server. even if you haven't made it to the end game, it is very easy to see a substantial decrease by just noticing the pops in the fleets, i have noticed them drop substantially even after the "free" month.

anyways despite of all this, i am still enjoying this game somewhat trying to get my daillies done and gearing up slowly.

The fact I dont agree with you dont have much to do with my first langage.

Out of the 300k that bought the game and not playing anymore, how many of those just stopped after the 1st month, I think most...

I dont see the amount of people on the fleet dropping at all on my server. Might just depend on the server.

Maybe some server are gaining people.. Who knows.

You just throwing a fact out of what happens around your little person, does not means much.

Me and my friends are still all on the game, even gained some lately. The guild im in is growing too. I dont think that means the game is gaining subs..

lol, just relax fanboy, didn't mean to hurt your feelings son :), game has lost subs end of story. Its not like I said that swtor is dying or dead because its not dead like SRO and is it not dying like aion, you do understand the difference right? my main toon is on the fatman server, for the first month it was impossible to login at peaktime (thats why i made an alt) but now its mostly light or standard, and its even worse in my lvl 34 alt's server gauntlet of kressh which is basically dead, wtb server merges :D. ok fine, i only speak for the servers I play on and I always glance at the other server statuses when i log into the game but I rarely see full and only see a few heavies. I am sure there are websites there that can prove what I am saying is true that server populations are lower than last month, not just for my servers but for other servers in general, and if I am right then so be it.

Could anyone spare me a friend trial?

Any subscribed player can give a 7 day trial to up to 25 "friends", and I'd really appreciate one.

So like, all this time I haven't been playing, I only now just canceled my subscription. What a waste of money.

Okay, right now I am in the beta for the SWTOR, been playing a couple weeks, and all I can say is this game will easily be the #1 MMO for a long ass time. Bioware really took their time with this game and it shows. Not to mention the voice acting is not some cheesy cheap acting either. Bioware has more class than that.

Lets revise that.

Yup.

I cancelled my account after the patch AFTER 1.2 since the launcher decided to go full retard and not let me download the patch. I ran the Repair tool and still did nothing. I decided it wasn't worth me going out of my way to try and fix it so I unsubbed and uninstalled.

Heh, I just haven't been using my computer much at all. I've used it more in the last 3 days, than I have in the month or two prior to that. Still have 60 days left on the subscription, so I might log in just for the hell of it.

I'm waiting for it to go F2P and then maybe I'll start playing again. Paying $15 for that shitty game, no thanks.

lol I just checked OP and I literally died laughing. It's completely true. If SWTOR was a GW2 type fee(as in buy the game and that's it, no subscription fee), then maybe it could have worked. However, the monthly subscription fee for sub-par content and lack of any serious end game is ridiculous. As I said in an earlier post, I'll wait for it to become F2P which I feel it inevitably will.

While $30 for everything up to Cataclysm isn't bad, you picked a bad time to want to start playing. It's the end of a shitty expansion with no new content being produced, forcing you to run the same Heroics or raid for the next few months.

Then MoP will drop and you can go super casual and be the best WoW Pokemon master in all of Azeroth while you tend to your Farmville farm and casually kill time trying to catch and train new Pokemon.

Oh...all to the theme of Kung Fu Panda.

I am. I'm super disappointed that there are like a million servers with only a handfull of servers that are "standard" populated ):

You east or west? I can find you a populated server. West coast for example, The Fatman, has 200-300 people on the Orbital space station per instance.

I'm on Fat Man :)

I think I might drop this game for a month. Hopefully by then, I'll have a new computer; so I don't have to wait years and years for things to load.
