Game seems a lot harder when trying to do pure stealth/no kill.

Yea, the Shadow Kill perk makes things a lot easier. You slit someone's throat and they turn to ash. The Chaos system in the game is a bit flawed by that, more killing should equal more dead bodies, more rats and more plague, but if you leave no bodies behind, it shouldn't be a problem. Still, the Chaos system disregards that perk.

I don't agree it should be that way, that's what I do now and is really easy to pull off. Hiding the bodies complicates things quite a bit and takes A LOT more effort.

Trashbins are the best place to hide unconsious people. The game also has a bug, if you put about 3 bodies really close to each other(works with a trash bin), walking away and coming back makes some of them disappear. In some places even putting one body in there will make it disappear.

Then you should encounter more rats and get a different ending.

Spoiler!

Lol, I just found out there was an even worse ending. So there are 3 endings instead.
