1. Go to the store
2. Give back MW2, BO and MW3
3. Get €40 discount on BO2
4. Pay €20 for BO2
5. ???
6. Have fun!

But I don't know how this CoD will work out for me. Stopped gaming a bit, but my friends still play. Hope it's going to be an awesome season again :D

A friend of mine was bored and randomly entered some contest for the Amsterdam launch for this CoD. He won and tomorrow 4 of us are going to Amsterdam and check it out :sohappy:
I don't have a console, I don't play Call of Duty and I didn't even know it was getting released this soon :P I like Amsterdam though :D
I'll see about some pics if it's anything good. Probably just gonna be 4 guys stoned off their asses fapping to the booth babes (which better be there) :sohappy:

edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3MLZMY6TrIU one of the epic performances there :) He's from Groningen, my city 8)

Event was a lot of fun, but I made the fun myself. Pretty much 90% of the people attending the event were autistic gamers who never go out, they were here for the game and not the event.
The two hosts (one dude from New Kids) had a really hard time getting anything from the crowd. Every time they said "MAKE SOME NOISE" pretty much no one did anything. Me and my friends were the only ones shouting and clapping. Most of the people attending were so far 'out of their zone' that they couldn't even manage to fcking clap their hands together.
Despite the socially challenged people I had a lot of fun. They had a pretty sick line up of artists (Noisia, Kraantje Pappie among others) and I was really feeling it despite being surrounded by so many lame ass people. So me and my friends just went full retard mode and danced like idiots while being watched by ~600 nerds thinking 'wtf are these guys doing'. Most of the artists noticed us as well and we got some credit for our sick moves. (Even got a photo with Kraantje Pappie :D )

The game looked pretty cool but I don't play Call of Duty anyways. They had a 3v3v3v3 celebrity match on a center stage. Was pretty dumb because only like 4 of them could actually game. Had to watch Yes-R literally walk off the map and the aim on Xbox is so goddamn terrible.
Were some other small things as well but I didn't do them due to queue times and I just wanted to party. At the back of the room were ~20 stations to play the singleplayer and somewhere in the front people were aiming an electrical gun to some kind of flying thing in the air. No idea what they were doing, they had their backs turned to the artists and were focus mode.

At one point there were like 4-5 guys standing all the way at the front of the stage with their backs turned to the performers and just looking at their smartphone. When I saw that I was like 'wtf are you doing all the way up front then?' and then I decided I should lead by example. I went over there and started dancing like a retard on pills in front of them while looking straight at them and shouting: COME ON GUYS, YOU CAN DO THIS! I KNOW YOU WANT TO! I was hoping they'd laugh and at least try to dance, but instead I got horrified looks and they just mumbled 'no'. After I left all 4 of them were standing there with the craziest 'WTF' expression on their face, being awkward and not knowing what to do with them selves. I'm sure I made their night memorable 8)

I had a blast myself, but I was mostly laughing my ass off at the socially challenged people there, the fail hosting and performances (all of the artists hardly got any applause or cheers) and just the awkwardness of everything together. It was a very surreal experience being in one of the most epic places in the Netherlands (Heineken Music Hall) with epic artists but with absolutely no one to party with but myself and my friends. The budget for the opening was probably insane, so they should've just given us free beer so the crowd would've warmed up :P

ill post some pics later but I didn't make many. Power Unlimited had camera's there and I think Veronica was supposed to cover something as well. I'm the guy looking like he's retarded but has the most fun :sohappy: I was wearing a white sweater and I was pretty much in front of the artists for most of the time :)

Guess it's me and dont get me wrong I'm glad you had a good time. But even though I'm far from socially awkward if I'd go to a game release party I got there for the game and other shit, not to see some performers on stage o.O

Yeah of course, everyone was there for a game, not some party. It's what I said earlier as well. But while you're there, you can at least give a performer an applause, have a beer, chill, have fun. It was obvious these guys were so uncomfortable they had no idea what to do and it was just sad to see. They really were there only for the game, couldn't enjoy them selves with anything else.

Who knows they enjoyed themselves with just the game. If that's the case then more power to them? They just have a different way to have fun than you ^_^

Why are we debating this? I was there, I know they were uncomfortable. I'm not trying to deliberately bash people because they game a lot and are socially challenged. All I'm saying is is that the vast majority of the people there were really uncomfortable during the performances and didn't do anything but stare at their phones and look around.

I got it for the PS3 yesterday. The games were initially taking very long to start, it kept saying that it needed to find more players even though there were 12 people in the lobby. It also froze my PS3 three times in an hour every time the host dropped, which was every game for that hour, but I understand that it is brand new so I'll let it slide because the games I have played have been pretty fun. Unfortunately, it seems that SMGs will reign supreme in this game ass almost all the maps are close quarters and they have little recoil.

Also don't use escort drone for the until it gets patched

I actually got to see this happen to someone in one of the games I played yesterday.

I don't like the new unlock system. Not only do you have to make it to the correct level, but then you also have to get unlock tokens to use on it. It worked fine in MW3 since it was only for killstreaks. (another change I don't particularly care for, especially since tokens are the same for killstreaks, equipment, and guns) The 10 things at once thing seems interesting. Makes you balance your class out and decide what you want. Considering trying a double perk 1/2/3 all together, and seeing what I can do with that. Might be fun.

Is anyone else on the PS3 getting constant freezes? I have to constantly reset my PS3 because it freezes whenever the hell it wants to, especially when it starts migrating hosts.

I used to get regular freezes, but that was before I could even play online. Since I can play online (wednesday 7pm EST) I have only froze once and I think that was because I activated my mic while a game was loading, putting to much strain on an already unstable game.

Since that, I have never played with my mic, and never froze.

No freezes for me, but every single lobby, after a match gets stuck on "waiting for more players to balance teams" even when there's the maximum amount of players possible. I've stopped playing online until they fix that.

Well so far, I'd say the multiplayer is great, I can almost say it's the best game so far. WaW was great, but this is in the same league. The maps are really thought out.

1.You can't camp as easy on old maps

2. You can't spawnkill people in the start of maps shooting a tube from one side to the other.

3. The tubes are weaker(Finally)

4. Less camping, Ghost only works if you're moving, if you sit still, you'll be detected by a UAV anyway.

5. Alot of modifications on you're classes meaning there will be tons of variety among players in how they set their stuff up

6. The knife is realistic. I remember playing core, meeting someone in a narrow corridor, trying to shoot him and he knifes me with his 2 meter long arm from half the room.

7. I usually try and get nice win streaks, like on the first bo I had 173 wins in a row in Free For All, And for us that that stuff matters you jsut hate being thrown into a match where the leader is 2 kills away from ending the map. Instead, that game doesn't count to your stats. HURRAAH

8. Mute all outside of party - Legendary, not a game to late.

The downsides so far

- Graphics looks the same as black ops and mw3, I guess they won't upgrade it till playstation 4 comes out for the next game.

- Still wish they'd make it possible to join servers like counterstrike, where you can handpick where to play.

- This usually gets updated a week or two after the release but the sound in the game isnt that great, If I bought a expensive 7.1 Gaming headset I sure want to be able to hear if people are defusing, reloading, jumping, moving etc if they're not using ninja.

Over and Out.

Blops 2 Campaign is by far the best CoD campaign to date. Both playability and story.

Yeah story was great. I played it when my ps3 was banned by the nub DRM system backfiring on legit users...

Oh and like early sunday the first legit master prestige came to be =O They've been playing 24/7 with 4 guys. Some of you might've followed it.

If you're a good aimer, I'd recommend the 4-burst M8A1(almost sure of the name!) You get it at level 49, it's really great close and long range, and quick bursts. Also the Chicon Submachine gun is great.

I guess it depends on what games you play. I usually only play Hardcore.

Alright I was wrong...I can't do shit in this game anymore. I can't 'hide' from the other team since I wont get ghost untill 55 or what ever it was. I can't snipe properly (guess that would just take practice). I can barely get 2 shots off before I die and even if I get a first hit they still finish me off. I get my ass kicked from 3 sides at once because all I run into are these full parties and I don't have time to play so I'll always be lvl's if not prestiges behind on those people. God I wish I got halo or AC3 instead ._. Might as well start up the singleplayer again, atleast there I can drop people...

Oh and this shit even happens when I have the host 'perk'...

M3MC or whatever it is, is great, I've gotten all of the sights for RDS on it, and am now working on EOD. I've gotten all the head shot challenges and am now working on the various camos that you have to do other stuff to get (xxx kills with no perks? fffuuuu)

Also, the campaign isn't that great IMO. Might just be because I've forgotten a lot of the story from the original BO.

Finally, Aristocrat, WaW was not great, it wasn't even close.
