I have never, ever, been this excited about a game. Anyone a fan of the original Saga? Than your going to love this. It's being released on the 18th of September. If you don't mind the older graphics I'd also recommend it to anyone who hasn't played the series before, it's a truly brilliant game.

Back when I was about 10, my older cousin got me, and my bro into Dungeons and Dragons. We always used to play it with him (He was the Dungeon Master) for hours on end. I haven't played it in a year or two, seeing as he lives about 5 hours north of us, but it was definitely a great game. Not quite sure if Baldur's Gate is D&D, but if so, I wouldn't mind giving it a go.

A BG2 edition would indeed be amazing, the character and story advancements in BG2 are far superior to BG1. But I think BG1 offered a lot more in terms of exploration, freedom and sheer challenge as well. Whilst I still think BG2 is the better game, there's a lot of things about BG1 that I think are superior, especially considering the limitation they had.
