Anyone interested in this game? I just recently found out about it and I might jump in if I ever get a beta invite. It has the standard contents of most MMO's coming out but I'm really digging the art direction and humor.
Although not original, player housing, warplots, and paths (professions?) look interesting.
I think Warplots is Arenas. (3v3 5v5). But yes the game do look interesting. Gonna give it a try. I just dont like the dubble jumping etc. It just looks stupid imo.
The game is P2P but you can pretty much play it for free with their CREDD system, depending on how the economy will fair, so it's up to the community on how much in-game currency it'll cost.
I really like it. It also competes against third party subscription sellers that most MMOs have nowadays. In the server I play in WoW, a one-month subscription currently goes for 10k gold, which is pretty easy to get in under a week of playing. EVE Online also uses the same system.

I also got a weekend key, I'm tempted to download it while I'm out tonight and try it during the weekend. However some friends and I recently joined another MMO and I'm not sure if I'm willing to spread it out too much.
Peace is a lie, there is only passion. Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken.
Played the beta for a while. I will be sticking with my Korean grinders and GW2.
I saw nothing wrong with the game, just nothing that would make me want to quit my current MMOs for it.
It takes the generic MMO formula, and adds 10 layers of polish. If you like "traditional" MMOs, you're going to love Wildstar. It's unmatched in the traditional category.
I expect the game to do well in the West and have a solid playerbase.

This game has a subscription, cool story. Uninstalling right now =).
