You can't change your password without the secret answer.
If your account is in danger, I suggest creating a new one and start over.

On a side note, we're not the official SRO forums, so we cannot help you with account issues. (Not that Joymax will help you, but still.)

Even then you need your secret answer to change your password.
Try to remember it, if people know your information, restart. If nobody knows, take the gamble and stick with it.
