1>and who do u consider to be a 'useful' addition...is there a standard?
2>how do u know wen some1 is banned or not is there a post somewhere(ignore if this is too pointless a question)

and i wanna know 2, wat cud he have done to get him banned? i haven't seen him try anything wierd

Isn't the word usefull implying of a standard by itself? Seems pretty easy to determine.

Used his account to convey a message from a banned user trying to argue with me, he knew he was going to be banned by his statement "time to make a new account". I just went around the whole process and ip banned him.

Im not trying to ban all the legits on this forum, lol. I dont care if they are legit or not. I just ban the assholes, just so happens most are the legits.
