quite a few posts in GD end up being a flame war about someones signiture where they have
lvl 98 glavie FF lvl 96 XBOW FF lvl 100 Wizzard FF lvl 92 blader farming lvl 97 nuker lvl 97 force bow lvl 98 int bow
etc... because a lot of bot accusations arise from these types of sigs even if the guy is joking it provokes a flame war.
imo the amount of players you have in your sig should be restricted to 2 or 3 and stating the active ones to clear up these flame wars.
i can understand the joke but it offends me and a few other members when people do it as sarcasm and to provoke a reaction to then reply that OMG ITS A JOKE CANT YOU SEE!!!! its just immature.
what do u guys think

Sounds good, but i think that people will then just put in something like 100 Wizard Cleric 100 s/s nuker 100 pure str bower and that will result in the same flames again

No.
No matter what rules are in place, people will find something to do to start flame wars if they choose. I see nothing wrong with having a list of 20 high level characters in your sig. Who says the person is claiming to own those characters? It could be a wish list. It's up to the forum reader to read that sig and interpret it. If the reader decides to flame, that's his or her own fault. Flamers should be dealt with, not the person that posted the list.
SRF does have a rule about 'no bot accusations without proof' so any flames against sigs like that could be dealt with from that rule.

No. Because if you fail to see that thats a joke, you're a fu cking idiot. But since you did mention it provokes rage from GD, I might just start playing sro and have over 10 characters, all level 90+ in a day If that kind of joke makes legit SRO players mad, then I would like to see what its like to live the life of an uber legit SRO player browsing GD. It would be truly edumacating.

He meant to proof your 3 or 4 Lvl 90+ Characters. If you have just 1, then its ok i think Anyways, with "vSRO" on your sig, its enough.

It may not be the greatest suggestion, but it's a suggestion nonetheless. That's the whole point of site discussion, to discuss the site and ideas to possibly help make it better. I don't think there should be too many restrictions on sigs, other than to keep their size to a minimum, and not have anything inappropriate in them, but that part is in the rules for posts in general, and should apply to sigs too.

Only rule about sigs there should be, is a size limit, and that text also has to fall within the size limit. I don't know what the current limit is but say its 200x500. If the person has a 200x500 sig, they can't put any text in there because it'd go past the limit. It'd cut down drastically on those retards with 3, or 4 images in a sig, or sigs with an image, then a ton of text below, or even just the ones with a shitload of text about crap nobody gives a fuck about.

Suggestions are always appreciated, and I fail to understand why some of you start scolding when someone at least tries to think of ways to improve SRF.
If you are so good at that, where are your ideas?
