How people barely understand what their god wants but they understand the basic principles behind the religion so they follow. The clapping and standing is what some do to praise their god. Anyone who "hates" rap, I'm just going to assume you based your judgement off the cancer of rap, rappers like Soulja Boy. I listen to all types of music and I have yet to find a verse in a song that is on average more complicated than a rap verse. Feel free to prove otherwise.
