Adding blues to job item without silks?

So anybody could tell me IF this is possible? ^^
And with job items i am not talking about those suits of level 20..
But i am talking about those crafted items. !!!!!!

Well, afaik you Must buy silk to get blues on job items or buy them from another player with gold, either way it would be expensive.
