I can tell you which one isn't: Babel.

One of the servers that I hardly ever see marked as Crowded is Rome.

Yeah could be Pacific,

I was there when Pacific opened, it was one of the worst bot/spam servers at the start, so alot of people moved immediately away from Pacific to Alexander, cause Alexander opened about a week later

Well at least I know I did, me and some friends left Tibet for Pacific, and in turn we left Pacific for Alexander.

So I think now that Pacific could be less crowded.

rev6 refreshs every 10 secs and is quite accurate...

Btw i have to add some,
there really isnt ANY server which is less crowded on prime time...
If you live in Europe you will not be able to log in easily anywhere between 8am and 12pm.
