Mabinogi Heroes [MMO + HL2 ENGINE + NEXON] = Pwn?

Anyone else hear anything about it?
Supposedly, they used the half life 2 source engine, which accounts for the awesome graphics.
Plus the hack and slash is a definite plus as I know most of us are tired of the traditional point and click mmorpg.

Although it seems like it must be p2p because of its awesome gfx, the company is nexon, the same company of Maplestory. Their business plan is similar to those of many other korean companies such as joymax(without the widespread obvious botting) where it will initially be free and then come with an item mall for revenues. W/e we shall wait and see.

Hmmm...definitly looks like HL2 Engine, but i didnt see any wood moving around after they fell lol

Indeed looks like the HL2 engine. The fire and the ragdoll physics(where the guy drags the body) gives it away.

I seriously doubt it is going to be F2P but we will just have to see.

Looks really interesting.

Let us hope that it's as good as it looks when it comes out and that it's free to play (i'm lately not attracted to MMOs anymore but something as rare as this, in case it's not mouse-based, should be worth trying), or i won't bother looking for it.
