I need the name/artist.

It was something about a guy stealing cigarettes, and then a mother and daughter leaving the buic running when they went to order samwiches. Then some 15yr old came up to the guy and gave him a gun said he found it and didnt want a little kid to find it. The guy put it in a mailbox.....Thats all i can remember...PLEASE help me its driving me crazy :banghead:
