Yeah, I know for a fact that Horde is strong ability wise. The axe passive from Orc and HP bonus from Tauren is probably over 10 times better than what Night Elfs have now as a tank, but I'm saying the character design wise. I simply can't get myself to look at a Tauren for days after days. It just that Horde was always for the "badass" looks, while Alliance have the "normal" looks that I liked. Since Blood Elves are in Horde now and look they don't look Hordish (with the Orcs and big ass Taurens and stuff), a lot of people who are supposed to be playing Alliance since they want a normal looking character, went to Horde instead.
Well I don't know what I'm talking about now. Just simply put it this way, for those Blood Elves out there, assuming you're a new player and you are choosing which fraction to choose and Horde haven't got an alliance with the Blood Elves yet, I doubt you will go to the Horde and make a character there.
Probably Blizzard's way of balancing the ratio between the fractions.

I don't really care about racial bonuses.

I wish the new customization from Blizzard allows change of race because the skill animations for Night Elf Warriors suck so hard. It keeps reminding me of the Billy Maclure video.

If race changes were allowed, my draenei mage would instantly turn gnome.

I was being sarcastic. Getting tired of doing those dailies and scanning all over the places for Everfrost Chips.

There's only 3 everfrost chips that spawn every 30mins-hr. but yeah, either way it sucks. I ended up only finding 3 chips and just doing the dailies to exalted.

I picked up 3 yesterday and yeah, been doing the dailies, more will be unlocked when you reach higher reputation status anyways. The dailies are also easy compared to the ones are Icecrown, not so much traveling, that's always good for my 60% flying mount.

Hey guys. I've decided to take a break from WoW. Upcoming changes in my life don't allow me to raid any longer, which is pretty much all I want to do now when playing wow. The times are the major problem here, but that's not the only concern that pushed me to this decision. I've gained some weight, lost friends that were on par with my popularity before this all started, which left me with only 2 friends really, since the others have completely lost interest in me over the past 2 years. Not to mention I kinda feel ashamed to show up where-ever they are. It sounds kinda bad, but I still have quite a good life Really close with my family, still good looks even though I am around 10-15 kilos overweight, and I don't lack self confidence. Gonna go out there and start filling up this whole I slowly digged myself into! I've seen it all, done it all, and been there, with WoW. I'm through with it, at least it feels that way. Still feel some attraction to it, but I can easily stay away from it, as many people would question me about. I'm going to work on my life because it has gone down from being popular to a no-lifer, being perfectly honest with that. Time to work on it big time. Won't stop gaming though, the communities/friends that I visited/made/been in, I want to keep in my life. This, amongst more things, includes the SRF community and the friends I made there, a new RL friend I made, whom lives in Scotland. I gamed with him for 4 years now, and talked with him on vent for an amount of time in total that no-one could even think of, he became a really close friend and I will keep it that way for hopefully the rest of my life. Endless hours of fun I had with him. Last summer, the moron bought the biggest suitcase you have ever seen, just to bring "some" gaming gear over to my house Anyway, before I drift off, you get the point I haven't been on for a week or so, and I am sweating out my eyes thinking about my goodbye to my guild, whom I respect most. Take care guys, All the best wishes. Enjoyed it here in this thread! (sounds kinda funny when I say that out loud, haha). ~ Yannick (AKA Twysta) Edit: As I said, will still be gaming for a large amount of time for the upcoming year or so at least. Feel free to add me to xfire or msn; xfire ; gaminator (yea i know, don't start ;p) msn ; whisper. (edit: BUSTED! lmao, I meant Message me on forums)

WoW should never take over your life, it's a hobby and when important stuff starts happening then simply stop. You can always go back to it, no need for a eulogy everytime you take a break from WoW. (or these forums >.> but that doesn't apply here)

Good luck Twysta, it's good that you realize you're addicted to something and have the will to stop it. Best of luck once again.

Rogue=WIN! Lol jk, not really, but yeah lol It really depends on your preferences ie PvP Grinding Raiding etc. and your style like melee magic or range. Overall, I would suggest a hunter as your first character. You can do all types of battles with the right build. If you need in depth help, feel free to PM me.
