The FMA sig.. He looks a bit stretched..
The Naruto sig.. Just cut the text and it's perfect.
The third sig.. just flip the direction of the scan lines and it's awesome.

I would prob say these are right ^^
And the text on the naruto text, blah =( Just take it off, blend it somewhere else.

Besides that, great!

I like the 3rd one the best, looks really nice.
