Relaxing the k"Keyboard hand"

it's 'carpal tunnel syndrome'. You wrist as a tunnel like bundle cartilages which allow your fingers to move individually (i think). This bundle can get irritated, swollen and worse if they rub each other a lot or too hard.

Do any of these:

a. rest more
b. fix your work/play station keyboard/mouse position
c. get a bot
d. lay off repetitive hard wrist actions (ie. jacking off) <- yeah like that's gonna happen)
e. all of the above!

Never had my arm hurt from playing on a comp...but I've had it go entirely numb from sitting in the same position playing Metal Gear Snake Eater for oh god, I think more than 12 hours straight. I love that game.

Yeah, it was going numb every few mins when I tried to shake it off and continue playing. I had to actually get up from my bed and go do something else for awhile lol. Crazy.

I've had my finger bones(the finger bones in my hand above m knuckles, not in the finger digits...)get pretty damn sore after playing an a WASD + CTRL/Shift game for too long though...your hands just aren't made to do those movements for such a prolonged period of time.

Mayb you're having heart problems. :wink:

Having chest pains and/or shoulder and/or jaw pains along with your arm pain?

It's not really a pain, it just feel likes the top of my shoulder muscle is tense and theres a feeling like you put a hot patch(Bengay ie) inside. Seems like I don't get it now, maybe playing through the night cured it.

15 Hours of gaming is not that much though,heck i spend that much time just playing with the end in Sokrovenno north.
