Fraps Help?

My fraps is too laggy when i record my game and play it back. Its not smooth at all... Any help?

Gotta turn up the framerate on Fraps itself. Once you do that I suggest selecting that "record at half size" thing so it doesn't eat your HD space.

Where should i put the framerate at?

Close to where your framerate is in-game.
