well im am experience in pc building and i was wondering if someone can give me a link to a site with a good/basic tutorial where to place the parts in the laptop.
its my first time doing anykind of upgrading on a laptop.

I have repaired and built PCs but know nothing about laptop repair. Try pcmech.com. Bunch of very knowledgable people there. They may be able to direct you.

Notebook upgrading is VERY dependent on the manufacturer. You can't just say "oh, this part goes beneath the left palm rest". Most of the time, the manufacturer will have directions that show how to take the notebook apart and show where what goes where.

What Gul said. Compatibility is often an issue as well as space for the actual upgrade.
