i need an anime, with sword, or crazy techniques, where the characters grow, learn new techniques, all that jazz, i want an anime that in that way is like naruto/bleach.. or it could be like rurouni kenshin.

Since it seems like you watch bleach I'd recommend three:
1. Soul Eater - Exactly what you're looking for. -51 episodes 2. Sengoku Basara - Simple story, amazing fighting anime. -13 episodes 3. Afro Samurai - crazy sword fighting. -5 episodes

For anime: "Flame of Recca" and "Yu-Yu Hakusho" (aka Ghost Files/Fighter) ...maybe "Hunter X Hunter" as well, if you don't count the Greed Island crap. These are pretty much the ones I really enjoyed watching while I was growing up. 5PM and 7PM shows. I miss those days; ah, nostalgia For manga: "666 Satan"
