One of the main things I liked about Game of Thrones was how realistic and believable it was, excluding the dragons and whatever is behind the wall.

I just hope that this doesn't turn into a generic supernatural story and by the end of the season King's Landing is being invaded by vampires, dragons, demons, etc. :palm:

Arya is my favorite character. I hope everything works out fine for her.

Fantasy slowly creeps into the story but not to the point of high fantasy similar to LOTR. So far in the fifth book, the story remains to keep itself in the far edges of the genre, still holding onto exercises on politics and warfare.

Glad to hear that. I find the setting, the politics, and the various character interactions to be the most enjoyable parts of the story.

Not really back though. The idea to visit this place once more crossed my mind at work in an incredibly boring meeting.. Currently traveling by train, which also counts.

So how about you, what happened to deleting your account and forgetting all about SRF? :)

Just watched episode 9... That's some Farking epic shit right there.

Seriously, the epicness of these books and also the series is comparable to that of LOTR.

Haha that's great. I'd like a scene where he talked about how it felt to do so much.

I really need to read the books.

Aww *****. I completely forgot this thread existed.

It's pretty impressive that you watched both seasons in a week.

SPOILER ALERT
little spoilers not 2much so dont read if u dont want to..

yeah im a big fan of the show:) watched 2seasons already waiting for the 3rd one to come out in 2weeks;P but yeah GREAT show kinda sad that they make so little episodes per seasons.. given that first 2seasons were containing infos from first 2books of the series.. but yeah i heard some rumors that for the 3rd season they will extend the amount of episodes, or make 2season for the 3rd book since it contains so much changes and so much information. but overall great show:) BTW read the books 2. way more in depth into characters etc:)

I think it's alright, any more and they would have these stupid mid season finales. Top Gear only has SEVEN episodes/season.
